EARB Registration
You must be a currently registered Estate Agent with the Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB) of Kenya.
Qualification
A degree or diploma in Land Economics, Real Estate, Valuation, Construction or a related field.
Professional record
A minimum of 2 years documented experience in property sales, lettings, valuation or land consultancy.
Character & KYC
Certificate of good conduct, KRA PIN, national ID and two professional referees.
Documentation
Updated CV, academic transcripts, EARB registration certificate and a passport photo.
Important
Apply to joinEARB registration is a strict requirement.
Per the Estate Agents Act (Cap. 533), practising as a real estate agent in Kenya without EARB registration is prohibited.
